The hybrid architecture keeps most date and time parsing on your device for speed and privacy, deploying cloud intelligence only when local processing cannot confidently interpret complex input.
The app prioritizes focus by eliminating project clutter. Your menu bar shows three simple lists—Due Today, Due Later, and Completed—keeping distractions minimal. Every task displays a live countdown timer with native macOS notifications and overdue alerts so nothing slips through the cracks. You can also break any task into three focused subtasks for preparation, execution, and follow-up with a single tap.
Flexibility is built in through recurring task support and intelligent snoozing. Set daily, weekday, weekly, or monthly repeats, and snooze using presets or natural language like "in 2 hours" or "Thursday 3pm." The multilingual engine understands date and time phrases in nine languages, while the interface adapts to seven, making it practical for international users.
